Best Free Group Cards Online (Everyone Signs, No Accounts)

The best free group card site lets you send the finished card without paying and lets everyone sign without creating an account. Of the eight tools compared here, Signed Together and Free for All eCards both do that with no limit on signers. TeamRally Cards (up to 100 invited signers), SendWishOnline (up to 30 signatures) and GreetBook (up to 20 posts) are free with a limit, and GroupTogether, GroupGreeting and Kudoboard charge for a card you can deliver, unless you collect money for a gift on GroupTogether.

Prices as each service lists them (GreetBook in euros, the rest in US dollars); some add tax at checkout. Per card means you pay for one card at a time; prepaid packs are bought up front and used within a set period; subscriptions renew.

Signed Together: free to send, unlimited signers

Signed Together is a free online group card. You create the card, share one link, and everyone adds a message, photo or GIF from their phone or laptop, with no account needed to sign. Sending the card by email is free. An optional $2.49 per card Premium upgrade adds scheduled delivery, a high-resolution JPG download, premium covers and effects, and removes the Signed Together badge.

Updated October 2026: Signed Together Premium now includes a print-ready PDF booklet as well as the high-resolution JPG, and costs $2.49 per card.

GroupGreeting: a paid, page-turning card

GroupGreeting sells cards one at a time or in yearly packs; there is no free card. Its pricing page lists a single card at $5.99 USD, while its FAQ still says $4.99 USD plus tax, so check the price at checkout. Kudoboard: boards with posts, free demo only

Kudoboard uses a board of posts rather than a card. Its free demo board allows up to 5 posts and can't be delivered to the recipient through Kudoboard, so it's for trying the tool. Single boards cost $6.99 (Lite, up to 20 posts), $9.99 (Premium, up to 100 posts, video posts and a downloadable copy) or $19.99 (Milestone, unlimited posts), yearly Premium Packages of 5, 10 or 25 boards ($35, $60 or $125) that renew unless cancelled, and companies can buy monthly or annual plans. SendWishOnline: free cards up to 30 signatures

SendWishOnline offers free group cards. Its published plan guide lists up to 30 signatures on a free card, with scheduled delivery included, and unlimited signatures, ad removal and a PDF download on a Premium card ($2.99 USD, or from $0.75 a card in prepaid credit packs of 5 to 200 that last a year; it has no subscriptions). GroupTogether: paid cards, free with a gift collection

GroupTogether charges $5.50 USD per group card, or less in prepaid packs (5 cards for $25 up to 100 for $349) that last 12 months, and says a subscription for unlimited cards is available on request. The card is free when the group also collects at least $20 for a gift through GroupTogether, which is offered in the US and Australia; contributors then pay card fees (2.9% + $0.30 in the US). Its FAQ says there is no limit on how many people sign, and a message can have a photo or GIF but not video. Its pages don't say whether signers need an account. GreetBook: free up to 20 posts

GreetBook is free to create, sign and deliver, with up to 20 posts per card. Photos, GIFs and stickers are included, and nobody needs an account, not even the organiser. An optional one-time Premium upgrade, €6.99 per card (it lists a launch discount code), adds unlimited posts, premium designs and a custom card address.

Best for: small groups of up to 20 where nobody wants to sign up.

TeamRally Cards: free for up to 100 signers

TeamRally Cards, from the team-events app TeamRally, is free with nothing to buy: up to 100 invited signers, every design, scheduled delivery and a card that stays sealed until delivery day. Signers get a personal email invite or use a shared link or QR code, with no account; the organiser verifies an email with a code. Messages can include photos and GIFs, but not video. Its site says Cards is free because it's how people find TeamRally.

Best for: workplace cards for teams of up to 100, delivered on a set day.

Free for All eCards: free, funded by donations

Free for All eCards says it has no premium tier at all: unlimited cards and signers, photo uploads, GIFs and animated themes, with no ads, watermarks or expiry dates. Signers don't need an account; the organiser creates the card with an email. It describes itself as a one-person project kept free by voluntary donations, and shows a monthly costs target on its pages.

Best for: anyone who wants a free card with no paid option at all.

What to look for in a free group card

  Some tools let you collect messages free but charge before the card can be delivered. Check this first.

• No accounts for signers

  Asking every colleague or relative to register means fewer people sign. A good group card works from one link.

• Unlimited signatures

  Limits are counted differently: some count posts, others signatures. Make sure the free option covers your whole group.

• Photos and GIFs

  Pictures make a group card personal. Check they're included in the free option, not just in paid tiers.
