About Signed Together
What it is
Signed Together is a free online group card. One person creates the card and shares a single link. Everyone signs from that link with a message, photo or GIF, and it all lands on the same card. When it's ready, the card is sent to the person it's for, by email, now or on a date you choose.
Why it exists
Paper cards get stuck on one desk, and remote teammates never see them. Group chats bury the messages in a long thread the person never reads properly. Signed Together puts everyone's words in one place the recipient can keep, and makes it easy for people to sign in their own time, from any device.
Who it's for
Teams at work, including remote and hybrid teams, use it for farewell, leaving, birthday, retirement, work anniversary, get well soon, congratulations and Christmas cards. Friends, families and clubs use it too.
How it works
- Create the card: pick the occasion and add their name.
- Share the link on WhatsApp, Slack or email.
- Everyone adds a message, photo or GIF. Signers don't need an account.
- Send it now, or schedule it with Premium.
Pricing
Creating a card, collecting messages and sending it by email are free, with no limit on how many people sign. Premium is $1.99 per card, a one-time payment with no subscription. It adds scheduled delivery, a high-resolution download, premium covers, backgrounds and effects, and removes our branding. See pricing.
How we handle your data
Signers don't create an account. If a signer asks for a copy of the finished card, we use their email only to send it, then delete the address. Deleting a message or card also deletes its photos. We don't use advertising cookies or record screen sessions. Read the privacy policy.
