Happy holidays messages for colleagues

Keep it short and warm, and wish them a good break rather than a particular holiday. A specific thank you for something they did this year means more than a long message.

  • For a colleague

“Happy holidays! Thanks for making this year so much easier. Enjoy the break.”

Happy holidays card questions

How do I make a happy holidays card for the team to sign?
Click "Create Happy Holidays Card", add the recipient's name and share one link in your team chat or by email. Everyone adds a message, photo or GIF from any device, with no account needed to sign. Send it when everyone has signed.
Should a work card say Happy Holidays or Merry Christmas?
If your team celebrates different holidays, or you're not sure, "Happy holidays" includes everyone. It covers Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, the new year and simply time off. If everyone on the team celebrates Christmas, a Christmas card works well too.
When should we send a holiday card to an international team?
Before the first people go on leave, since holidays and office closures fall on different dates in different countries. Open the card a couple of weeks ahead so everyone has time to sign. With Premium you can schedule it for a set date and time.
Is it free?
Yes. Creating the card, collecting unlimited messages, photos and GIFs, and sending it is free. Premium is $1.99 per card and adds scheduled delivery, a high-resolution JPG download, premium covers and backgrounds, effects and branding removal.
