Secret Santa Group Card the Whole Office Signs

Secret Santa gets one person a gift. Pair it with one card the whole office signs, so everyone can say thank you: the people in the draw, the people who aren't, and colleagues who work from home or another office.

A Secret Santa group card is a single online card that everyone in the office signs from one shared link, given alongside the Secret Santa gift.

Free. No sign-up required for contributors. Takes 2 minutes to set up.

How do I make a Secret Santa card the whole office can sign?

Create a free card, share one link with the office, and send it with the gift once everyone has signed. Each person adds a message, photo or GIF from any device, without making an account.

  1. 1

    Create the card

Pick the Secret Santa occasion and add the name of the person receiving the gift. It takes about two minutes and the card is free.

  2. 2

Share one link with the office

Post the link in your team chat or send it by email, to everyone in the draw and anyone who'd like to sign. Ask people not to pass it to the recipient.

  3. 3

    Everyone signs

Each person adds a message, photo or GIF from their phone or laptop, wherever they work. Nobody needs an account to sign.

  4. 4

    Send it with the gift

Send the card on the day of the gift exchange, or share it at the office party once the gifts are open. With Premium you can schedule it for a set date and time.

What does a Secret Santa group card look like?

It's a board of messages from the whole office, with photos and GIFs. This is a live sample with made-up messages: scroll through, open a message's menu to try editing it, or tap Share Invite Link to see how you'd invite the team. Nothing you change is saved.

What should you write in a Secret Santa card?

Write a short, warm thank you that works whoever drew their name. A line about something they did this year means more than a joke about the gift.

  • With the gift

β€œMerry Christmas! Hope you like what your Secret Santa picked. Thanks for a great year.”

  • From the whole office

β€œThe gift is from one of us; the thank you is from all of us. Merry Christmas!”

  • Not in the draw

β€œI didn't draw your name, but I still wanted to say thanks for everything this year.”

  • Remote colleague

β€œSigning from the other office. Sorry we missed the gift swap. Have a wonderful Christmas!”

  • Light and funny

β€œWhoever drew your name got lucky. Merry Christmas, and enjoy the break!”

  • For a manager

β€œThanks for a year of patience and good humour. Hope Santa, secret or otherwise, treats you well.”

Why add a group card to Secret Santa?

Because a gift comes from one person, but a card lets the whole office take part, including anyone who missed the draw.

Goes With the Gift

Secret Santa covers the present; the card gives everyone a way to say thank you.

Everyone Can Join In

People outside the draw, part-timers and new starters can all sign. There's no limit on signers.

Remote Colleagues Too

One link works from any office or time zone, so nobody misses out because they weren't at the gift swap.

Photos & GIFs

Add a photo from the office party, a festive GIF or emoji to each message.

Keeps the Secret

Share the link only with the people signing. The recipient sees the card when you send it.

A Card They Keep

They get their own link to the card, and with Premium you can also download a high-res JPG or a PDF booklet to print.
